Release of Liability*

The staffs of the KAAM KLCP (Korean Language & Culture Program) will do their best to assure all possible safety measures for you and your child(ren) while in program. However, the KAAM KLCP will not assume any liability recurring during the program period. I read this condition and I waive my rights to take legal action against the KAAM KLCP and its staffs.

Picture Release*

I consent and authorize KAAM Korean Language & Culture Program to take pictures of me and/or my child(ren) during Semester. I understand that those photos may be used for program and publicity purposes.
