[Adult] Week 1 - Korean Class 8/17/25

모두 안녕하세요!

It was great to see you all, and for those who couldn't make it, sorry we missed you. Hope you can make it next week :)

On 8/17, we briefly talked about what we'd like to focus on this semester. I suggested we take a step back from complicated conversations/expressions, but start slow with basic/essential vocabularies, verbs/expressions around them - then keep repeating them until we're used to them.

As a first step, we learned about some body parts (얼굴, 머리, 눈, 코, 입, 눈썹 etc), and expressions to go with them (머리 자르다, 눈 뜨다, 감다, 얼굴 예뻐요). We'll repeat them again, and explore more of those!

Also, we played a fun game "팅팅 탱탱 후라이팬 놀이", as a way to remember classmates' names and get familized with Korean numbers (하나, 둘, 셋, 넷, 다섯, 여섯, 일곱, 여덟). We'll play more fun games like this!

Thank you all! We'll see you next Sunday. Have a great week!

좋은 한 주 보내고, 일요일에 봐요!
