안녕하세요? 

어제 수업도 즐겁게 신나게 잘 했습니다. 아이들의 에너지와 흥미를 위해 움직임이 많은 수업으로 진행하고 있습니다. 따뜻한 야외에서 노래도 배우고 자연 속에서 찾을 수 있는 것들에 대한 말도 배우는 시간을 보내고 있으니 필요시 외투 챙겨 주세요!

1교시 

주제: 동화책 읽고 독후감 쓰기. 아이들이 직접 고른 책. 그림으로 스스로 내용 예상/예습해 보기. 

-책1: 무서울 때 안나는. 읽고 무서울 때 ____는 이라는 주제로 그림 독후감 만들기.

-책2: 가장 훌륭한 도토리. 도토리와 밤의 차이에 대해 얘기하기. 건전한 경쟁에 대해 토론하기.

-책3: 빨간 모자. 늑대, 돌맹이 단어 배우기. 거짓말에 대해 토론하기.

-아리랑 노래 연습

-한글 보물찾기 (이름, ㄱ ㄴ ㄷ)

3교시

3.1절 특별행사

-태극기 퍼즐 및 한국 지도 무궁화 스티커 붙이기 활동

-아리랑 노래 연습

-아리랑 합창 및 대한 독립만세

Hello families! We had another wonderful day at KAAM Korean Class. We are doing a lot of activities that use our bodies to keep things interesting, fun, and more engaging. On warmer days, kids will spend more time outside learning songs, vocabulary about our surroundings in nature. Please send weather appropriate attire! 

Below is a summary of our class on Sunday. Please let me know if you have any questions!

1st period

Topic: Reading & Book Report. Kids picked books themselves. "Read" the pages and predicted what the book was about.

-1st book: When Anna is Scared. After reading the book, the kids drew their book report with the topic of "When ____ is Scared"

-2nd book: The Best Acorn. Discussed differences between acorns and chestnuts. Class discussion about healthy competition.

-3rd book: Red Hat (Little Red Riding Hood). Learned terms like wolf, and rocks in Korean. Discussion about lying.

2nd period

-Practice Arirang

-Korean scavenger hunt (korean names, Hangul)

3rd period

Special Activity on March 1st Movement

-Taegukgi Puzzle, Mugunhwa sticker Korean Map

-Practice Arirang

-Sing Arirang, shouted slogan, "For Independence of Korea"
